What the schemas do

The whole row: the name, where a column gives it, and the definition, as written.

Why

Most lists have no name column, and a definition's leading name is written two ways: in bold, or in plain text with a colon. Cutting the label at a colon would mangle the definitions that only use one in a sentence. Keeping the whole row is faithful and needs no reading; Feed Types and ID Match Methods, which do have a name column, keep it first.

What we ask the specification to state

Give every list a short name column, as Feed Types and ID Match Methods have, so that each code has a name an implementation can use as a constant, beside its definition.
